3rd Graade...HOMEWORK WILL START ON THE SECOND WEEK OF SCHOOL
For me homework serves three purposes, it develops responsibility, reinforces skills taught in school, and allows parents
to see what their child is doing at school so as to better help them be successful. I give a separate homework
packet grade and it is based on effort and completion. I encourage you to check your child's homework.
Some parents may choose to help their child with their homework as they do it together others may want to let their
children do the homework independently and then check over it when they are finished, either way works fine.
